Singing in a gospel trio as a child growing up in Houston, Debra’s talents as a professional vocalist have been showcased through mastering diverse genres of music in various bands.  She has worked with dynamic industry professionals who come with a background of having opened & worked  for headliners such as Aretha Franklin,  The Commodores, KOOL and the Gang and Little Richard and others.  Not only a dynamic key vocalist for bands, Debra produced, directed, and performed in three exciting Houston area dinner variety shows for over a year and half, featuring local musicians and comedians.

 

Delivering spot on vocals in heart felt, electrifying performances with Houston’s own Reflex Band, Debra worked not only as the principal entertainer, but as their booking agent and promoter for over ten years.

 

Debra Wiginton has a set of literally hundreds of songs spanning decades of music in genres ranging from Mo-town, Rock, Disco, Country, Broadway, Latin, Jazz, Standards and many more.  She appeals to all ages and diverse cultures, giving a personal touch to every minute while entertaining and is known for keeping her entertainment style Family-Friendly.
